DP Trade S.A. (hereinafter “DP Trade”) takes your privacy concerns very seriously.

In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter “GDPR”, EU Reg. n. 679/2016), this website safeguards and respect the privacy of visitors and users, making any reasonable and proportionate effort not to breach any right of the users.

This Privacy Policy applies to the personal information we collect on www.dptrade.com (hereinafter the “Site”).

This Site does not feature advertising, does not use data for the purpose of advertising, but uses third party services for the purpose to enhance the use of the Site. The third parties may collect the user data and use them for personalized advertising purposes to other websites. Request an estimation or perform a business contact

You may contact us by filling in information on our “Contact Us” section and submitting the completed phone. We require that you provide your name, company name, phone number, state, email address, and business type. We use this information to respond to your inquiry. This information, along with business and trade references, establish your account and confirm that your organization is a legitimate business with an appropriate business purpose for accessing the products and services we offer. We may contact you to provide announcements about products and services, newsletters, surveys, to respond to your inquiries and, in these instances, we may use the information you provide to contact you about your requests.

 

E-mail newsletters

You may sign up to receive our newsletter by e-mail, containing information about our services or business opportunities, as well as related news. When you sign up, we request your e-mail address, that will feed a dedicated database for the sole purpose to deliver the newsletter. Automatic collection of information

During your use of the Site, the following information may be automatically collected and stored in the log file of the Site host server:

Place where information are processed and retention period

The information collected through the Site are processed in the premises of DP Trade  SA, Via Cantonale 19, 6900 Lugano, Switzerland, which is located within the European Free Trade Association and acts in compliance with the GDPR.

The information is stored for the period of time that is strictly necessary to perform the aforementioned activities, following which the data will be erased or anonymized, unless further purposes for their storage exists. The data (IP Address) for IT safety purposes are stored for 90 days

 

Transfer of information to third parties

The information you provide through the use of this Site will not be transferred to third parties, unless it is so required by public authorities in accordance with the applicable Law; or is required in connection with a specific service requested by the User; or for security purposes.

 

Transfer of data outside the EEA

This Site may transfer some of the information collected with services located outside the European Economic Area, in particular with Google and Microsoft (Linkedin) through the Google Analytics and Linkedin Pixel service. The transfer is authorised in accordance with the Decision n. 1250/2016 (Privacy Shield – you can click on the link). The aforementioned companies ensure their compliance with the aforementioned Decision and regulatory framework (Privacy Shield).
